Irish law does not require registration of sim cards. It operates in Poland on the basis of international roaming in accordance with the RLAH directive, charges for calls, text messages and internet in Poland and other EU countries are therefore the same as in Ireland.
After purchase, the card must be activated at https://www.lycamobile.ie/en/registration/
and recharge (min. € 5) e.g. at https://www.lycamobile.ie/en/checkout/ or from the customer account item
The phone number needed for top-up comes by text message after registration.

The sim card does not work without creating an account on the operator's website and topping up.
NOTE 2:
Recurring packages cannot be activated until the sim card logs into the Irish mobile network at least once.
