-THE ACTIVACIÓN: You MUST need to contact us to activate your services
Not longer than a week after delivery please since the plans are constantly changing.  You can also port/bring your number to H2O Wireless.
We have to process the activation, you will not be able to do yourself.
-SHIPPING: It's USPS First class mail. It usually takes 3 to 5 business days but sometimes longer. This service does come with a tracking number.
-RETURNS: Since this is a Preapaid plan we are not providing returns once packge is open or used.
