    Description

    Grumman AA-5 Travelers and early Cheetahs, Remove 11-12 Lbs from nose, aluminum prop spacer replaces steel spacer commonly installed on AA-5 Travelers and early Cheetahs.
    Significant weight and balance change, check limits.
    Both steel and aluminum spacers are listed with weight and datum numbers on the original equipment list. McCauley propellers only. 6" by 2 5/8" uses 7/16" bolts
    Removes B-4425 steel spacer at 16.5 Lbs. installs B-4381 Aluminum spacer at 4.5 Lbs.
    Check yours with a magnet.
    No form 337 major repair or alteration required since they are both listed in the aircraft specifications. A new weight and balance  an A&P sign off required.
    Weights and Datum is listed in the original equipment list for both props/ spacer.
