    Baby Deardorff 3 ½ Inch Lensboard For Packard Shutter
    During the years 1937-1948 Deardorff made a specialized camera, the Baby Deardorff in 4x5 format. This camera was apparently only made in a production run of 500 units.
    We have here a rare lens board for the Baby Deardorff, with an adapter to use Packard Ideal shutters. The back of the board is 3 ½ x 3 ½ inches to attach to the camera. Inside the lens board box is a mount to fit a Packard Ideal shutter. The shutter that fits the board is 3 ¼ inches outside, with an opening of 1 ¾ inches. The front of the lens board fits a flat Baby Deardorff lens board 3 ½ x 3 ½ inches. There are clamps on the bottom to hold the board in place. The top of the board would hold a Deardorff name plate, which is missing. This board is definitely used, but in restorable condition.
