Q. Does the sim card comes pre-activated?
A. No we have to activated once you receive the sim card.
Q. What comes with this purchse?
A. This purchase will come with New sim card + Activation +  Rent plan for 30 days.
So all activation cost + sim cost + shipping + First month service included with this purchase.
Q. Will you provide the activation confirmation and will I be able to refill next month?
A. Yes we will send message with each successful activation and will raise you invoice at the end of the 30 days billing cycle, you can pay by using paypal or Credit card.
Q. Is this plan sim rented.
A. Yes these are special customized plans for your service needs and you have to renew the plan with us. IT IS RENT PLAN
Q. How much data will I get per month.
A. There is not any cap on this plan even though carrier says they may evaluate the account when you reach the 60 GB data per 30 days billing cycle, so average 2 gb per day which is more than enough for daily usage unless you are updating hi def games, you can use data calculators on google to find out your data needs.
Q. What upload and download speed will I get with this plan?
A. There is not any speed limit set on this plan. It is the top tier plan for individual data customers. Speed depends on many factors, like Device category, Tower distance/ Connectivity and other variable factors, which will determine the actual 4G speed you receive. The usual speed is around 8-10 mbps download and 3-5 mbps upload.
Q. Do I need to setup change configuration of 4G router/ hotspot
A. It all depends on what type of router/ Hotspot you are using, Most of the time you just need one line change for New APN for this service.

We can not refund once your sim card is activated for any reasons you changed the mind, or your device is not compatible. since we pay for the service which are non refundable.
Please make sure you have Clean VERIZON simcard compatoble device. This plan will not work with other AT&T or t-mobile device unless it supports CDMA bands like iphones or ipads. Please check our other plans at the bottom of this listing. Also you must have the knowledge of changing/ Adding new apn to the device
. ( No refund after activation of line since airtime goes to the  carrier). As per carrier fine prints, your account could be evaluated after you reach 60 gb, we never seen that with our customers, though just FYI.
Also please make sure you have good signal coverage of Verizon towers in your area.
